The Workplace Safety & Culture courses provide essential online training on key safety issues. The Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention course teaches how to handle and prevent harassment in the workplace. The Slips, Trips, and Falls course offers strategies for identifying hazards and promoting safe behaviors to prevent such incidents. The Violence in the Workplace course focuses on recognizing and responding to potential violent situations. Each course concludes with a Certificate of Online Training and awards one credit per individual.

Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention
This lesson informs you of the liabilities and consequences associated with sexual harassment and other types of harassment in the workplace. Additionally, it covers how to respond when harassment occurs, the aspects of a harassment investigation, the dangers of retaliation, and the steps both employees and management must take in order to prevent sexual or other types of harassment. No in-person skills evaluation is required for this course. It is presented as online-only and distributed as a blended course. Upon successful completion of the online course, a Certificate of Online Training will be issued. The course is one credit per individual.

Slips, Trips, and Falls
This lesson will teach you to identify hazardous workplace conditions and unsafe practices that can lead to slips, trips, and falls and how to prevent incidents through good housekeeping practices, safe behavior, and identification of corrective actions required to eliminate hazardous walking and working surface conditions. You will also learn how to fall properly to avoid serious injury, and how to respond to a fall injury should one occur. This lesson will focus on same-level falls, as opposed to falls from heights. No in-person skills evaluation is required for this course. It is presented as online-only and distributed as a blended course. Upon successful completion of the online course, a Certificate of Online Training will be issued. The course is one credit per individual.

Violence in the Workplace
In this lesson, the student will learn what workplace violence is, which occupations are at increased risk for workplace violence, the categories of workplace violence, precautions to help prevent workplace violence, the warning signs of violent behavior and how to respond to warning signs, how to respond to a violent event occurring, and what to do after a violent event occurs. No in-person skills evaluation is required for this course. It is presented as online-only and distributed as a blended course. Upon successful completion of the online course, a Certificate of Online Training will be issued. The course is one credit per individual.
